Johannesburg, January 12th, 2022 – The Commission’s report shows major role played by whistleblowers in revealing State Capture.
Paris, December 6th, 2021 – The 12 companies, as well as an associate of the mining tycoon, had been singled out by PPLAAF and Global Witness in 2020 in their report “Undermining Sanctions”.
Paris, November 29th, 2021 – Egal, a company controlled by Kabila’s inner circle, has also received millions from public institutions through BGFIBank.
